If your company has automatic day/night or open/closed call routing, then we also include the following major holidays as "closed." If you would like to remove any, or add any others, just send us a support request with the details. We can easily enable the secondary holiday list below, or custom-program any rules you would like. Please allow three days for custom programming.
Major holidays automatically included:
Memorial day, on the last Monday in May.
Independence day, on July 4th. We do not automatically include any non-standard Independence day holidays such as a Monday following the day occuring on the weekend.
Labor day, first Monday in September.
Thanksgiving day, the fourth Thursday in November.
Friday after Thanksgiving day.
Christmas day, December 25th.
New Year's day, January 1st.

Presidents day, third Monday in February.
Memorial Day weekend close at noon on the Friday before.
Labor Day weekend close at noon on the Friday before.
Columbus day, second Monday in October.
Half day before Thanksgiving, close at noon on the Wednesday before.
Christmas eve, December 24th all day.
Christmas eve half day, close at noon.
New Year's eve, December 31st, all day.
New Year's eve half day, close at noon on December 31st.
